Send it through email lang po.Don't worry. Sa subject po ng email write: Application Numer (space) Name of the document. Tas sa body naman po write: Complete name of the Applicant (space) Birthdate. Yan po ginawa ko. Wala po naging problema.

U can also try checking if u can link ur app online para mabilis ka mkatanggap ng updates though its early to link, but there is no harm in checking it out depende kasi if inadd n nila sa system ung app mo
