May 5 ,2016- application submitted at missauga ontario
May 21, 2016- aor1
June 29,2016-- sponsor was approved forwarded to manila
July 6,2016--application was received at vom
July 13,2016-- aor2
Sept 26,2016-- additional documents was ask , but I never received any email
- i email them the whole month of October to follow up
Nov 17, 2016-- I received a response saying my medical was expired and i need to retake my medical
Nov 22,2016-- i finally received the request for the additional documents "personal history "
Nov 25,2016-- i email them the personal history requested
Dec 15,2016-- repeat my medical at st lukes extention clinic at ermita
December 22,3016-- I email them again to follow up and update that my medical results are being forwarded by st lukes last December 19 2016
January 5 , 2017-- i emailed them again to follow up about my status .. no reply yet
January 19,2017-- passport request
January 24,2017-- passport submitted thru LBC corrier
January 25,2017-- passport received by immigration at makati city
