Godbless us all
I've read your recent posts and you said hindi mo dineclare yung bata even prior to getting your PR visa dahil wala ang name mo sa BC. You and the mother of the child had a problem and you were not married at that time.
You are now married to the mother of "your child" and you are sponsoring them.
You have been approved as a sponsor and the Applicant's file is now in Manila.
In my personal opinion, you have a good case and most likely the Applicant will be approved. The Affidavit you executed is a good gesture of showing you are an honest person
Naisip ko lang na even without the Affidavit, as you are sponsoring your wife and "her child", as long as the Proof of Relationship is proven real and genuine, the Applicant will be approved as well as her dependent. But yes, the Affidavit will definitely help if in any case the visa officer would still ask for consent of either guardian or other parent of the child even if the father info on the BC is unknown.
Unless I am missing something, the above, as mentioned is my personal opinion
EDIT
You mentioned na dependent ka ng Mom mo when you got your PR visa. Were you under 19 or under 22 years old during that time?
