Your app "may" still be considered with all the statements and declarations you and your partner's fam and friends made. Unfortunately, your cohabitation is obviously less than a year. Let's hope for the best na lang muna. When you received AOR2, wala naman hiningi na additional documents or other info from you?

I am still faithfully trusting the Almighty to give atleast one consideration po talaga kahit interview man lang or pa DNA tsting sila ng baby hahaha yes po, no additional docs po just the template.

Actually walang problema sa cohabitation sa kanila since may marriage barrier sila. The bigger issue here is that the status was not declared upon landing. If he was asked upon landing if single pa siya, then he said yes, the app, upon further assessment, can be refused Which we hope not

A conjugal partner is a foreign national residing outside Canada who is in a conjugal relationship with a sponsor for at least one year, but could not live with the sponsor as a couple. In all other respects, the couple is similar to a common-law couple or a married couple, meaning they have been in a bona fide (genuine) conjugal relationship for a period of at least one year.

However, a significant degree of attachment and mutually interdependence between both partners must be demonstrated. They must also provide proof of the obstacles or restrictions that prevent cohabitation or marriage.

Thanks prvc! This at least gives hope for them. Sana nga they filed as Conjugal Sponsorship. But then, yung sa declaration pa din. Hopefully they will be asked na lang for an explanation bakit hindi sya nadeclare. For sure ma-question din yung BC ng child pero sana i-consider pa din and ask na lang ng DNA.

I'm not so sure if he was asked po, or talagang they would? Hayyyyy dagdag kaloka ito... I am hoping for the best nalang. My sincere prayers and pure intensions will lead me towards whats best

Don't lose hope it will come... mabilis lang yan ako in progress ung BC ko kahit naka receive ako nun ng PPR letter even after I send and they received my passport after a day lang saka napalitan ung status ng mycic ko they do not update as fast kasi... heads up Lang mag PPR ka din very soon na yan I can feel it pray prayfor lng pray harder

Congratulations!!! Nothing to worry about.. I had eligibility review in progress and background in progress until I got the email for PPR it only changed after a day I passed my passport at VfS
