Hi! I need your help. Anyone here received a similar letter from their Visa Office?

Based on the documents you submitted, I am not satisfied that your sponsor intends to reside in Canada once you obtain your status as a permanent resident.

If your sponsor can demonstrate that he will reside in Canada before or when you become a permanent resident, it may be possible to proceed with your application.

He was already approved as a sponsor and my file transfer was Aug. 16, 2016 to the Visa Office here in Manila. We are both in Manila and he has been living here for 4 yrs already.

Anyone with similar situation as mine? Pls. advise what proof to send. Thank you.

I will advice you nalang na punta ka sa immigration consultant para mabigyan ka ng advice po.

We are in the same situation sis. 7 months preggy din ako and due date on January 9. May isa na kame anak, 6 years old pero kasama ko na sya dito sa Canada. Sana makarating din hubby ko by December. Dko din alam ggawin ko pag wala pa sya. Lahat ng letter na pinadala ko sa kanila nakikiusap na expedite yung papers nya. Nagpadala pa ako ng letter sa kanla na galing sa doctor ko. God bless us sis! Sana makarating mga hubbys natin on time. God's timing is always perfect and on time! Lets just keep the faith.

Already handed our passports to VFS early today.. and Im planning to order note just to answer my queries my we got that fast approval.

It's been a week since my background check changed to in progress and some were already on its 3rd week. Unfortunately, we haven't received any news from VFS this week and looks like the release of PPRs slowed down.

Yes my dependant child po kmi 1 but canadian citizen po baby nmin.sna mabilis na pg process ng papers natin.

Hi, have a safe trip! Based from your time, I can see, correct if am wrong, from AOR2, it took like 7 months waiting? Is there any update from eCas within that period of time. I know you know how hard it its to wait... but what can you suggest or recommend to do while waiting for that long period of time, although we have to bear in mind, the process is 13 months. thanks a lot and again, congratulation and a safe and happy trip.

yes , almost the time frame you mentioned. It was september 7 or 8 that we have DM on ECAS for sponsor side, it was a mass update from ECAS for all people who have had approval in their Sponsor Side. Then ECAS change to DM on my side as the applicant, around October 19, that time my passport is already in the abu dhabi VAC, in the visa sticker, it shows that the visa was issue on the 17th of October.

wow sana mag ppr ka na at ng mareceived mo aga visa mo at dito muna yan ipanganak para canadian citizen agad yong baby mo hehehe
