No need for this. Ang hihingin lang nila is Immunization Record, Birth Cert ng bata and COPR.

Hi po. I have a problem regarding our application. Kakareceive ko lang ng email from manila office requesting for an explanation why we were solemnized under artcle 34 but we havent replied yet.. We are still contemplating on how to do it. Truth was we considered it only because pitifully wala po kaming time to get the license due to distance issues my husband was in Canada at that momennt and im in Phils so he let me do all preparations for our marriage and it was suggested to us by his family to do this process (kasi they also did it with his sister prior and her husband is already there in Canada). So basically we just followed them with the same process to avoid seminars and all (yes we know we shouldnt have done it but we insisted because of our own greed... And im really regretting it now)

we are in a 7yr relationship and now we got married last Apr 2016 and we dont have kids yet, and submitted our application in canada on Aug 2016. Problem is, we were'nt really living in together prior to marriage. Yes it was a long term relationship but we had not lived in together, sleep overs for a couple of months yes and we did stayed in our apartment for about a year or so when we were working in Manila, however in our marriage certificate which is obviously included in our submitted forms, indicated that we were wedded under article 34.. And the bigger problem is, under the Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire page 6 of 6 #27, we answered No, we did not live together due to our family did not approve loving together before marriage.. Our answers became contrasting with each other... We just dont know how to fix these things... Can someone please give us some light into this? Or maybe ideas on how to resolve this issue? It's really heartbreaking for me to be thinking negatively because ive been reading other forums/comments regarding the same prob..

Eto ang muntik mangyari sa amin but thank God nalaman ko before the wedding at naayos naman. Read my post below.

BE CAREFUL and CLEAR po about civil wedding. Nung time na magpapakasal kami ng hubby ko (civil), wala kaming idea na may ibang klase or category pala at hindi naman properly inexplain ang options namin. Meron pala na hindi na daw kailangan ng marriage license kase may Article X na parang palalabasin na nagsama na kayo or nakatira sa iisang bahay.

Sa sobrang ka-excitedan namin ni hubby, na-ignore namin yun kase ang gusto lang namin that time ay magpakasal. Luckily, parang gut feeling at bothered talaga ako, tinawagan ko ang magkakasal sa amin to verify and para akong nabuhusan ng malamig na tubig nung na-explain sa akin. I was so upset talaga kase feeling ko naloko kami (tipong basta maikasal lang). They asked us to pay again for the marriage license. Doble gastos but still I'm so thankful na nalaman namin ahead of time.

Makikita nyo po yung options sa likod ng forms na pipirmahan nyo. Hindi po pwede yung option na nagsama na kayo in the past kasi considered as misrepresentation sya UNLESS nadeclare kayo as common law when he/she became PR.

My suggestion is to consult the help on an immigration lawyer para matulungan kayo kung ano ang tamang reply sa email ng CEM. As far as I know, they will based their decision sa reply nyo sa email na yan. So make or break situation. Dalawa lang kase yan (1) iisipin ng CEM na nagsinungaling kayo sa app at nag live in na kayo before OR (2) nagsinungaling kayo nung kinasal kayo para maikasal lang agad kaya naging Art 34.

Tama ang sagot nyo sa forms kase hindi pwedeng sabihin nyo na nag live in kayo UNLESS dineclare ka nya as common law nung naging PR sya.

Oo nga, 9 months bago lumabas, haha! I can't help kasi but check my eCAs almost everyday tapos I can't link our application to MyCIC pa! I actually promised to myself that am not going to check eCAS for a day but can't resist. Kay eto, am like crazy and paranoid, but when I saw most of the applicants took like 6-9 months of waiting for PPR, don ko lang naisip na I have to wait... ;D ;D ;D Thanks for always giving a satisfying response! Same pa dn po apelyido. D din po ako nagpalit ng apelyido. Pero sa passport nya married xa. Ako single po. Kasi kakarenew ko lng ng passport ko ng february. E july po kme nagpakasal. Tpos aug lang xa kumuha passport.

sa database na yun siguro. Kasi ako same apelyido, pero married, may batas tayo na pde naman married status pero same pa din apelyido mo.
pero sa case pagdating ko doon, walang batas, yun apelyido asawa ko dapat ipalit ko na hehe

hello, matanong ko lang po pala, who usually receive the AOR2, ang sponsor po ba o ang primary applicant? Is it via email or snail mail? Pansin ko kasi after a week ng SA dumarating na si AOR2 and I am wondering kasi I never got ours yet. Salamat po!

ang bata mo pa,aray 2007 grad pa ako haha Got 4 yrs equivalent course ko sa canada, even though 5 yrs course ako hehe . alam ko yun wes is same sa nagapply noon nang fswp. yun dyan din kumuha asawa ko noon masterals nya.

Hi! AOR2 should be received by the PA (Principal Applicant). We got ours after 2 weeks from receiving SA so you should be fine.
