An elephant and a dog became pregnant at same time. Three months down the line the dog gave birth to six puppies. Six months later the dog was pregnant again, and nine months on it gave birth to another dozen puppies. The pattern continued.
On the eighteenth month the dog approached the elephant questioning, "Are you sure that you are pregnant? We became pregnant on the same date, I have given birth three times to a dozen puppies and they are now grown to become big dogs, yet you are still pregnant. Whats going on?".
The elephant replied, "There is something I want you to understand. What I am carrying is not a puppy but an elephant. I only give birth to one in two years. When my baby hits the ground, the earth feels it. When my baby crosses the road, human beings stop and watch in admiration, what I carry draws attention. So what I'm carrying is mighty and great."
Don't lose #faith when you see others receive answers to their prayers. Don't be envious of others testimony. If you haven't received your own blessings, don't despair. Say to yourself "My time is coming, and when it hits the surface of the earth, people shall yield in admiration." Amen! Enjoy the rest of the week. #TheSacredWord #LifeLessons #TrustYourJourney #DontCompareYourBlessedDate #GodsTimingIsPerfect #Patience #Love #Trust

Only thing I have in mind is for him to maybe execute an Affidavit of Dual Citizenship to be attached when you file your application. Stating that he is Canadian but also acquired Filipino Citizenship during the time you mentioned. Thus, your MC shows him as a Filipino. I take it you got married in Philippines? On the Affidavit, have him attach a copy of his Birth Certificate (if he was born in Canada), a copy of his Canadian Passport and a copy of the document when he applied for dual citizenship here in Philippines.Melizaanne said:I have a question.. This is the situation
My husband is a dual citizen Filipino-Canadian. He acquired his filipino citizen when he studied here in the philippines way back 2006. Now we got married and on our certificate of marriage his citizenship is Filipino only. He will soon sponsor me. Now, the question is that is there going to be a problem with the citizenship indicated on our certificate because it was not indicated that he is a dual citizen? I have asked my inlaw regarding the issue and she said my husband needs to declare upon applying that he is a dual citizen so that the certificate wont be questioned. I told my husband regarding my in law's advise and my husband said that on the form to be filled out there is no option as for dual citizenship. Now we actually dont know how to start because of the issue. Please i need some advise here. Thanks
In my personal opinion since there was no option i will type which ever i want (filipino/canadian) and upon submitting the documents. i will include a cover letter which explains regarding my husbands citizenship since there is no way to put that he is a dual citizen ,, and he just needs to choose (filipino/canadian) citizenship as an answer and attach every possible proof that he is really a dual citizen like what survivor mentioned above. But i think there will be no further question if he passed the eligibility to sponsor.Melizaanne said:I have a question.. This is the situation
