Hi gud pm guys! CEM asked me for new 2 photos for visa and COPR, bago n raw specification nila last nov 2015 they asked me for 15 days to past it, meron po b d2 n kgaya ko? May 2015 applcant here!

Oo charlem! I received their email May 3 then may 4 pinasa ko sa visa appl. Centre sa manila binigyan nila ako ng tracking no. Pra mlman ko daw kung nsa knila na ung passport ko

Are you serious? totoo ba yan? kasi may January pa ata dito na di pa nag PPR.. so it's way too behind if the timeline goes down to 12 months and also there is from March, April and May.

I am a Feb 2015 applicant and until now wala pa din. Yes po, 2015, not 2016. Medical expired, police clearance expired na rin. Nakakapanghina na tlga... Sent multiple follow up to the embassy, but haven't heard anything yet. I hope mapansin naman application ko...

and how long will it takes? i'm reading all the forums here, the timeline is changing(shorter)

Dates that you have for SA and application start in Manila are the same dates as for my wife. 8)

Did you try getting your MP involved? They can inquire about your application and the VOs give priority to them or something. Your Canadian spouse has to ask his MP to do it.

O i see you've already got ur visa, did they emailed you about ur visa that ready to dispatch to visa applcation centre? I already past the requested photo of mine, they gave me a tracking no.

He can immediately apply. The key though to have his sponsorship to be approved is to have a job, if not then he has to provide CIC with a concrete explanation on how he plans to support you and your dependants (if any) in terms of providing primary necessities (food, shelter, clothing)

The processing time though I cannot guarantee. Published time table is 12-13mos. When I applied to sponsor my wife, published time table is 17mos. It ultimately took us 8mos from receipt of application in CIC-Mississauga to VOH. Sponsorship processing is around 40days. Check out my timeline as well.

Yep they emailed me when it was dispatched to the VA and that it would be ready for pick up the next day
