Could take as long as 3 months. Ecas will update to "medical results have been received" when you've passed themHello,
It's been a week since I have completed my medical exam but I still haven't received any email notification that I passed. How long does it normally take till I get this or an update in eCas?
Thank you.
Do you know why it will take 3 months? I have contacted the clinic where I did my medical and they said that all my lab tests and xray are normal but they also said that the submission to embassy is still ongoing and it will be the panel physician who did my physical exam who will submit it to the embassy. If the results are submitted online, I don't know why it is taking so long even the results were already ready?Could take as long as 3 months. It should not take more than a few weeks. Follow up and push with the clinic. Ours was in Cebu and after two weeks we started calling every day as has been recommended to us by others who have been there. After a few days of this they got our medicals uploaded/Do you know why it will take 3 months? Your being to generous by only calling them incompetent but advice is spot on. Any delay at any stage is a delay till you get your DM so do not feel any guilt at calling and being annoying. the NHS group that does the medicals is a joke but the only option you have and for what they charge you should expect they do their jobs.Look at my timeline, ours were received late because of the incompetent panel of physician in Cebu city, usually 5-8 days after the medical was done they will send to CIC but ours was received 22 days later. You have 1 month for them to be sent after you complete your medical. Send an email where you got your medical done and ask them for the TRACKING SHEET.
Thank you very much for the advise. I will start calling them today. I only communicated to them through email. That is really BS how they are doing it that way, I thought once the results are in they should be ready to submit it to the embassy. We paid A LOT of money to them and they should at least do their best to submit it as early as possible. It should not take more than a few weeks. Follow up and push with the clinic. I also did mine in Cebu last week and they responded to me in email saying that all my results are normal and the submission to embassy is still ongoing. And I asked again in the email if they have a timeline when to send it to the embassy esp the results are already ready. May I know your timeline? Thank youThank you very much for the advise. and you should make them annoyed if they don't do their job after the medical is complete, at 13, 500 you have all the right to make sure they have sent the results, mistakes have been done in the past... One word of advice, if the results are not received after 5 days, call them and demand the tracking sheet and push them until you see medical received in ECAS.Your being to generous by only calling them incompetent but advice is spot on. I will definitely annoy them this week until we get an update in ECAS. Thank you very much for the advise.
