We received our passport request...finally!

Got a really dumb question, but want to make sure everything is provided specifically according to what the immigration asks for. Appendix B states:

"Please complete this form for yourself, your spouse/common-law partner, and your dependent children, whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada. Send the completed form with your passport(s) or if applicable, photocopy(ies) of passport(s). DO NOT send passports for non-accompanying family members."

The words "whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada" threw me off a little. The principal applicant (my wife) is in Manila. Me as the sponsor is in Canada but I will be issuing her an airline ticket to come on her own and won't go there to pick her up due to difficulties getting enough time off to go there.

I was wondering if she would need to include my name, passport information on the form? Has anyone who reached this stage ever had any issues by only including just the principal applicant?

Ako din po may concern, if mag pre arrival anong gagawin nyan magseminar po bah ? Kc ako po naka pg seminar nah s CFO cebu last September para po s passporting . Tapos sabi nila doon I can have the sticker if balak ko mg.immigrate I can avail the sticker in Manila bsta ipresent ko lng ang resibo ko. Tama po bah ako ?

Yes, wala na ring bayad, wala ng seminar sa CFO, basta dalhin mo rin yung certificate mo.

Hello po. Question po. May naka experience na po ba ditto na sobrang tagal ng updates after AoR1?

Nagkamali po kasi yung sponsor ng mailing address. Nag send pala sila samin ng request for additional docs via mail last Febuary. Hindi namin receive. Pero after knowing ni update na naman lahat ng mailing address via online last Febuary also. Na send narin namin yung needed documents nila via IRCC Webform. Nag reply naman sila na e forward daw sa handling officer. That was last month. Until now wala parin updates.

After 2 months we have received request asking for passport to be just uploaded on our online account and payment receipt for additional dependent. Does anyone here know what would be the next step after that? She's done with her medicals BTW.. thank you so much in advance to those that would help
