Actually, this is legitimate.

SUCCESS is a program offered in BC for new immigrants.

Google the organization - it's not the IRCC:

Thank you. Of course, I am concerned about fraud and my wife being taken advantage of. I did google and check everything out. It seemed legit. My concern was the spelling error in the e-mail, plus poor grammar and the fact that they were asking for IMM1071, which I felt was odd. We do not have COPR yet.

Same things that concerned me.

This is understandable :) @permafrost_can works at one of the pre arrival centres - and maybe she can look at the email too.

I do know the success program is certainly real. Maybe your wife can email them again from the general email off the website.

Good luck!

My wife inquired about one of the pre arrival services offered to her. She got this email back https://imgur.com/a/MEsQR but I'm concerned that it is not genuine, am I overthinking?
SUCCESS is legit. All of us pre-arrival organizations are required to submit clients' UCI numbers to be authorized to provide them pre-arrival services, it's an IRCC (CIC) rule. That is why they mentioned those documents. You don't actually have to show them your documents, just the UCI number. Indeed, their grammar is not spectacular, but it sounds like that particular facilitator is in Taipei, so maybe they're not expert English speakers.
