Guys, kapag ba nakakuha na ng certifcate sa nbi re sa 'no criminal record' okay na un?

Ang acceptable remark sa NBI for CIC ay 2 lang:

1) "No Derogatory Record" - meaning wala ka naging kahit anong record. So magiging ganito remark mo kapag nakapag renew ka na dati ng NBI

2) "No Record on File" - meaning first time mo kumuha ng NBI at wala ka naging kahit anong record.

Kapag ang remark mo ay "No Criminal Record" meaning may naging dating kang case na na-dismiss or na withdraw. Kailangan idisclose mo lahat sa CIC sa Schedule A form at magsusubmit ka ng lahat ng court documents related sa case. Later on, magrerequest CIC sa embassy ng letter from NBI explaining the remark. Same process goes to US and Australian immigration applicants pag ganito ang remark.

Kung passed na nakalagay sa medical mo, baka hindi

nag upfront medical na po ako bago ipasa ang application nung dec. 2016, tapos sa gckey account ko po ang nakalagay ay you passed the medical. do you think hihingan pa po ulit ako? Tapos sa police clearance naman kasama rin sa pinasa ni wifey kumuha na ako police clearance dito sa uae, so schedule a lang po hiningi. Talaga wala pa po kau request nung schedule a? I need help. We just submitted our application a week ago, wala pa email narereceive and I just realized na iba pala yung location ng marriage namin sa contract, at iba rin ang nailagay ko sa form.

What happened kasi, nung kinasal kami ng civil, ang nakuha namin na judge is from Pasig but we want the ceremony to be done in a venue in taguig so the assistant told us na ang ilalagay niya na location ng ceremony is Hall of Justice Pasig dahil tiga Pasig nakaassign ang judge kahit na sa Taguig talaga gagawin ang ceremony at reception. We totally forgot about this. Kaya pag receive namin ng marriage contract sinama na agad namin sa application without realizing that information.

Ive sent wedding pics including with the judge na nasa venue din sa Taguig. Im so worried about this. I hope they wong reject the application.

Im planning to explain and resend the form in advance after AOR.

Is there anyone with a similiar case as this?

Taga saan po kayo ng spouse mo? Pasig or taguig? Tama ka you should write an explanation regarding that. But syempre legal document po yung Marriage contract so most probably dun sila mag babase. Explanation nalang po sa nangyari kung bakit iba yung place of marriage sa cert and sa actual wedding ceremony. There's nothing wrong naman po by telling the truth sa immigration.

Hi, update lang sa application ni Wifey. I became a Canadian Citizen nung Jan. 2013, the thing is my 9 month old kaming anak kasama nya in the Philippines. Now we received a letter from MVO that my anak is eligible to pursue Canadian Citizenship. And ina-ask nila yung wifey ko na i apply yung Anak namin nang Limited Validity Passport. Sino po dito yung may case na katulad nang sa akin? Medyo na coconfuse pa ko eh haha. Any thoughts is totally appreciated!

Passport agad? It should be Proof of Citizenship muna dapat. Once approved, dun pa lang pwede i-apply ng Canadian passport yung baby nyo.

Thank you for the response Survivor you're the best! Yes I applied for my son's Proof of Citizenship kasabay nung Application ni Wifey nung February 27,2017. It's still in process, pero pag nauna PPR ni wifey, dun namin kukunan si baby nang Limited Validity Passport showing the receipt na in process na yung Proof of Citizenship. Sana naman di lalong tumagal at nakaka sad malayo sa love ones. Ewan ko lang kung merong case nang katulad sakin para malaman ko roughly kung gaano katagal yung process nung kanila.
