I have sent mine through post sa canada. Actually everything was sent umpisa pa lang then ang additional ko na documents naiwan sa canada sa asawa ko, so what he did was just mailed it to them.

hi everyone! bago lang po ako dito, i just got married last june 3 2017, then makukuha namin yung marriage certificate namin, red ribbon authenticated this coming july 12, one of the requirements sa pag apply ng spousal sponsorship is MC, after we can get our certificate that was the time na mag start na kame mag apply, i have a daughter already 3 yo then naka apliyedo sya sa tatay nya which is not my canadian husband, is there any chance na sabay sabay kame maka alis ng husban ko then ng anak ko going back to canada? my husband is staying for about 4 months now here in the Philippines, after din namin mag apply for sponsorship we are also planning to apply for visitor or working visa, any advice for you guys? is it okay for us to apply for both sponsorship and visitors visa?

Hi! Actually wala akong idea about sa pag sponsor ng hubby mo dun sa baby mo. Pero yung sa side naman na pag apply ng visitor visa together with sponsorship is hindi po pwede. We tried it with my husband. We plan na magapply kami ng visitor the pagnasa canada na ko, dun kami mag aapply for sponsorship. Pero narefuse yung application namin i think main reason is you will have a chance na di na babalik ng pinas kaya nirerefuse nila ang paper.

You are getting a red ribbon MC? If you do, there is really no need for that. What CIC need is a PSA (former NSO) copy of MC and your AOM.

About your 3-year old kid, what you need to do is to have the father sign the IMM 5604 form and get a valid photocopy of his identification card. Said form is very important esp that you want your kid to accompany you.

About visitor Visa, it is best to file the sponsorship first before you apply for TRV. When applying for TRV later, make sure that you can show strong proof/ties that you will indeed come back and will not over stay in Canada.

If application received pa din eh nasa cpc-m pa din po ang app ninyo, nag mail na ba kayo ng scanned copy ng schedule A and NBI? Maybe they are waiting for these docs, kasi yan sabi sa SA letter diba. Pending ang process, not until mareceived nila ung schedule A and NBI para itransfer sa manila.

Pero bakit we do not need additional documents naman po ang nakalagay sa GCKey account kung di pa nila natanggap ang Schedule A? *Confused*

If it still says "Application Received" sa ecas ni PA then nasa cpc-m pa ung application. If you sent your NBI upfront, then probably na-attached na un, pero ung schedule A hindi pa. As of now, backlogs pa din ata sila sa webform. I suggest to send ypur schedule A via mail with handwritten signature ni PA. scanned copy will works, kahit si sponsor na lang mag mail sa cpc-m for less cost and mas mabilis na delivery time.

Ganun po ba? Thanks sa suggestion. Pero they specifically noted in the letter (requesting for Schedule A) na I mist only choose one option for sending the document. Hindi kaya maviolate ko un kung magmail ako ng bagong Schedule A? Hmmm...

Ibig saihin nito sa ika 12month tayo makakareceived ng PPR..ang daya naman yung iba ang bilis bilis

antay nalang tau. sabi nung mga nagka'ppr na, it took 2-4weeks before they got PPR. darating din yan.
