yes one envelope. follow the order of the checklist. ung picture put a clip na lang or put it in a small ziplock. para organize
 
Our application has now been processing for 1 year...May 16 2016. We were so full of hope for a quick process...not so much anymore.

did you try asking for an update already?
 
Yes..I went to my MP. Our file should be completed any day now. My wife just re-did her medical. They requested it a week and a half ago. So now we wait for the golden PPR.

Question lang po how long bago maupdate ung ecas or gckey from date of submission ng medical results. St lukes po kami, nakakastress kase sobrang tagal nila. Monday lang daw nasend. Thanks po

sa amin nag update MyCIC passed medical after 5 business days....pero sa IOM nag pa medical asawa ko ksama 2 kids 5yrs and 3 years old

St. Luke's din ako. I did my medical April 17 and MyCIC changed to Medical Passed April 28 and ECAS changed to Medical Received May 1. Hope this helps!

This makes me confuse because even though I process the paper to sponsor him but I'm still married in philippines . My question is are they allow in hongkong to process paper after we get married in hongkong I'm scared they charged me for Bigammy

Since you were married in the Philippines your marriage still stand. Even if you get married in hongkong your papers will still be processed in Manila Visa Office, and they will need PSA documents which will show you are legally married to the new guy, but unfortunately you cannot since your old marriage still stands. The solution is you have to hire a lawyer in the Philippines and apply for a Recognition of Foreign Divorce, which like the name states will legally recognize your divorce in Canada, the caveat is that you must be a Canadian Citizen already when you were divorced. This is a lengthy process, you will go through hearings and such, then after the court says it is recognized then it will direct PSA to put annex to your previous marriage certificate that a divorce was recognized then that is the time you can get married then sponsor your new husband. It took me 3 years for the entire process.
