Kailangan ba namin wait pa request nila to upload Sched A and PCC? Kasi sabi ng agent kanina sken mag sesend sila ng request again, pero ung sinend nila nong april 20 wala naman kame natanggap pero sabi sa ecas they sent correpondence about the requested documents. Nothing shows sa cic account ng husband ko. ano po ba pede namin gawin sa mga naka experienced na. Wala pa din ponako SA na natatangap. Salamat po

Hi ganyan na ganyan rin nangyari samin. Tinawagan rin namin sila sabi isesend daw nila ulit ung request next week pero naghintay kami sa wala. Kaya nagdecide na kami iupload na lang sa IRCC webform.

First time ko po magjoin dito sa forum sana po matulungan nyo po ako.

Bakit po kaya ito lang po ang update ko?


"We received your application for permanent residence on February 16, 2017."

Last March 9 po ngemail po sakin ang CPC requesting Police Clearance and Schedule A.

Sent those docs po last Marc 31, they received it April 9.

Then last last week po may medical request na po kami and medical done last week po.

Until now yan palang po ang update from CIC.

We have a representative po. Kaya po ba walang updates dahil directly sa account ng representative namin nguupdate?

I received a phone call today from my Member of Parliament (MP) office. I was told that our file should be completed within the year timeline. That means that we should have our file completed by mid May. The whole point of contacting my MP was because of our missing NBI clearance that was sent a six months ago. The Visa Office does not know what happened to the one sent in 6 months ago. Apparently our file looks really good to the Visa office. The MP's office said they are doing a background check on her file now.

So hopefully this will all be done soon.

Hi. How did you know that they didn't receive your NBI clearance if you don't mind me asking? Did they send you another email that you there is one document lacking? also, i believe that your medical has expired already, are they going to request for another one? thanksss

Hi ganyan na ganyan rin nangyari samin. Tinawagan rin namin sila sabi isesend daw nila ulit ung request next week pero naghintay kami sa wala. Kaya nagdecide na kami iupload na lang sa IRCC webform.


Ung PCC-NBI e iisa? Pano mo po sinend tru ircc Webform? Scan then upload/attach? And after mo msend, did you receive any email?

After waiting 6 months, we got an email saying they were still waiting for it. My wife had emailed them one 6 months earlier. This email said that if they didn't receive it within 30 days, that they would proceed with our application...but that likely it would end with a negative result. I emailed the NBI clearance to them, then contacted my Member of Parliament. I needed someone on our side that could make inquiries.

The Visa Office does not know what happened to the email that was sent to them 6 months earlier. That being said, I have gotten 3 emails from them confirming that they have the NBI clearance and that it has been added to our file.

I expect that we will need to redo the medical, and likely resubmit new pictures as well. This will be over soon!

They should have sent the follow-up email earlier Nevertheless, I'm hoping that your wife will get her PPR this week. Let's pray for our application..

may nabasa kasi ako nagpapasend na ng letter of explanation ung Immigration dahil failed daw to submit the application na nirerequest nila kahit wala naman silang narereciv na request ?
