Ireregister nyo pa rin po yung child nyo and also pay a fee. Then bring the child's passport and COPR on the day of your sched.

I think better to do it in person sa CFO. Ang alam ko if Manila usually they going to CFO for pre arrival seminar

If the option to watch the seminar online is available we will just use those services. I was reading about a lot of them it was about employment and lifestyle changes when coming to Canada which i can always help my husband in doing.
