The date listed lang is the date they requested the file. Doesn't mean you have to pass the requirements on the same day. Follow the email instructions na lang, you have 30 days para maipasa ang hinihingi nila.

Yun nga din naisip ko the first time I saw that. But as I checked again today and under Details na "Replacement overdue" tas yun ngang Document Name na "Letter of Explanation", kaya napaisip ako. Having those 4 items and counting the bulleted list of documents they want and had on the letter kaya I ignored it the first time

If you are going to submit the docs, do it via email na lang and completely ignore myCIC. Ang daming nakaalis na dito na di naman sa myCIC nag-upload. That LOE is a standard request kasama ng official request nila. Ignore na lang.

Yea, they gave me 3 options din when complying. But some of the documents must be original so I plan on submitting all the docs ng isang bagsakan na lang via VFS later Ang tagal lang ng "permanent school records (Form 137)". Nakisuyo na ko sa mga friends ko where I graduated high school. At least 2 weeks daw but I am hoping it could be released by next week.

Wala bang instruction sa message sent nila sayo? Ask mo na lang din sa IOM pag nandun ka na. Dati kasi nagbibigay ng receipt na pwede i-include sa App pero sila pa din directly mag send ng mga tests done sa CIC. Mabilis naman si IOM magforward sa CIC. They will also tell you to follow up with them on a certain date to check lang na naforward na nga nila. Nag email follow-up ako sa kanila during my time and within 15 minutes lang the time I sent the email may response na agad sila and it took only 3 days from the date we took the exam nung naforward nila yung med exams namin.
