It was never at 520...

We had 538 and 534 this year. I'm just hoping it doesn't get there again, this increase would be meaningless if they do it.

Just a change in words. Nothing changes on spouse's language scores.

But does that mean spouse has to have a Language score or spouse can be added in application even without official language test.? I think right now you can have spouse and you don't need ECA or Language test for Spouse. It's optional, so I hope this is not making Language test required.

Re: New Express Entry ranking system will be applied in Nov 19th (detail inside!)

I'm guessing the next draw will be on Nov. 23 to reflect these changes

Still confused with how they have distributed the 400 points from LMIA? If LMIA points are 200 now, where are the remaining 400 points?

You only get 50pts for LMIA if your NOC is below A and 0.

Do we have to recreate our profiles on the 19th?

Where have they distributed the remaining LMIA points? Any ideas? I don't see any information related to that.

I doubt it, they will just readjust points after 19th.

They haven't. You now only get 200points if you have a 00 lmia. 50 points if you get an lmia for noc a and B.

What remaining ?? can you read? no more 600 points for LMIA now. Maximum for LMIA is 200 pts.

And you can only get the maximum 200 pts if your job belongs to NOC 00xx, and if it belongs to other NOC, you only get 50 points.

They don't exist anymore. You get either 200 or 50 points if you have LMIA.

Cheers ;)

Not being made mandatory. Only if the applicant needs those points.
