New Express Entry profile still shows "Pending Additional Criteria"

Hello Seniors,

I have created my EE profile on April 22 and I have done with Job Bank registration, its been more than 24 hours now and still application status shows "Pending Additional Criteria". Job Bank registration fields says " We are processing your job bank registration. We will send you a message when your status is updated".

Any idea why I am still seeing this? How much time will it take to update my application status to "Open"

Please help.

Hi,

Even mine is a similar situation i created on 24 April, i don't know when the status will change and in-fact what is the next status that should reflect if all good with profile submission.

It will change to "We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

Ok, Thank you for the quick reply. I had withdrawn my EE profile as it was about to expire on 27th April 17 and re-logged in again, i am not sure if i have to do the same with Job Bank profile. Does Job Bank also have an expiry date? do i need to recreate the new login for Job bank similar to what i did for EE profile.

Dont need to create a new Job bank profile.

User Account->Update express entry info.

Just update with the new EE profile number and validation code.

And you good to go

this is after eAPR, if I am not wrong. OP's case is about creation of EE profile itself.

Also this is the second application that I submitted, the first one I did not pay attention to the requirement of fund, so I typed 12000 and it was Profile Ineligible.

I just solved the mystery

I did not click "View this message"
I thought the message: Express Entry profile received - Next Steps - JobBank - April 22, 2017 10:16:53 p.m. is the whole message...
So I just clicked and downloaded the pdf...

And there is a letter containing the infors of next steps..
