New Express entry education

Hello guys,
I am little bit confused with the question under the education in canada. I am from India and studied in Toronto. So should i select yes or no for this question?

Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

What did you study in Toronto?

I studied post graduation in business from 2012 sep to 2013 Aug
secondly, i studied two years diploma in General Arts and Science

You will answer NO. They are asking if more than half of your course was meant to teach you English or French. Arts & Science and Business are regular programmes, not "ESL".
