It's better if you contact them for this info. But i think they conduct seminar in chennai as they do in chandigarh. call them and they will give you all the details.

i am taking about seminar conducted by CIIP. it is a project totally funded by Canadian Govt to give some insight of Canada to prospective immigrants. you can attend only if you have recd med or visa. the registration form comes with med request.

i am sorry to say that conference call option is not available and you have to visit them in Delhi or other city where they conduct seminars. you can call them for the info about those cities.

i got call from my consultant 2 days back and today i collect the papers....
CHC ND also asked about copy of birth cert.of wife and daughter and wife's educational documents with translation.
ROCKY YAAR...ADVISE ME as i already sent the above said documents to chc nd during full docs submission.[doc.were translated in english and were attested from notary outside india,as she is foreigner.
1] do u think to send above copy of docs.wth indian notary attested?

Brother if you wife is a foreigner then her embassy (Nationality - Embassy) can provide her a birth certificate and it will be valid. For your daughter take it from any local issuing authority. Send what is being asked if possible.

Or let me know once again what was the document you sent earlier in support of birth certificate's

Here you go. Its a simple process

Steps:

1.Arrange an appointment with DMP

2.Get yourself Medically Examined by DMP.

3.Photocopy the DMP Recipts, Visiting Card.

4 Wait for 3/4 days, so that DMP can forward your report to VO/IO, Do not send your PP & RPRF on same day of Medicals...

5. Make RPRF DD, Ensure it should be of exact amount neither less nor more than stipulated amount

6. Write a covering Letter mentioning your file no, name, address, passport details( Validity, Expiry), RPRF DD Details (DD no, Amount, Where payble, drawn on etc etc...), NAme of Doctor where u had undergone Medicals.


7. Arrange all your PAssports,( expired, Renewed, cancelled if any)

8 arrange a good quality envelope

9. arrange Documents under covering letter]

10 take the envelope unsealed to nearest reputed courier agency (Dont bother about money, ensure u send your papers through renowned couriers like Blue Dart, Overnite Express,,, Big Big No for Speed Posts or Registered Post)

11. Pay the fees, the courier co represenative will check the contents & seal them.


12. most important write correct address on envelope.

13. go to temple & pray that your visa arrive asap.

14 relax, after 45-60 days (maximum) u will get visa........
