I was wondering bcoz no one have discussed CIIP seminar in this thread so far.
I am considering attending the seminar, but that is after I receive final decision of CHC, ND!!!

CIIP:

They give exact scenario of each proviene like weather, job requirements, % of immigrants settled/choose, salary condition. the best part is they give individual counselling, they study our resume and gude for bridging programme, other settlement issues etc.

One should seriously get involve in it and take maximum advantage.

I learn a lot from CIIP seminars.

I received my AOR on 25 FEB 2010 and amd going to send my all the documents in a week. I have the following queries.

- How long will it take to process the application once it is received by CHC, New Delhi ?
- Do we have to make RPRF payment along with the documents ?
- Is it advisable to write a covering letter ?
- In what cases do the interview come ?
- After completing Medicals how long does it take to get the stamped passport ?

i hv tried to answer all the questions u hv askd based on my knwlge...
-once u send ur docs to CHC it takes around 4-6 months(may b even less than dis in some cases)..dese days CHC has fasten d process..check my timelines..bt make sure dat u provide al d necessary details mentiond on the website of canadian immigration to avoid any delay..

-u may send RPRF along wid documents or later....if u dont send now dey will request aftr a couple of months wid passport and medical(as in my case)

-write a covering letter only if required.....instead u can send ur detailed C.V

-dey call for an interview wen dey dont get satisfactory evidences...so my advise 2 u is provide dem wid all d necessary details and documents...

-nearly 1-2 months aftr medicals and passoprt r sent..

i was away from d forum since 5-6 weeks as i was busy in a family function. let me tell u abt my progress, as u know my interview was on 4th feb, the main issue of IO was that if our firm really needs a financial mgr or i am just doing d duties of a clerk. it was just like a pressure interview.she was denying my each word. at d end she pretented that she is very much doubtful abt my case. & then i recd my meds & PPR on 23rd feb issued on 5th feb. & now ihave sent my meds & pps on 10th march.
hope to get gud news very soon

i have a worry...

my medicals are done.... dmp asked me abt. my job and job location...

i told him abt. my recent job which i joined just just 8 days prior to medicals...

he wrote job title and may be location on medical forms which is a little different from my job title under which i applied

now my worry is will it affect the processing of my case or not....

wheather all dmps ask about job to all aspirants or it's just wid me...

They usually ask this question from mostly all the applicants. New Delhi DMP Dr Khosla asks this question. No it will not have any negative affect on the processing of your application so do not worry.

by god's grace i received visa today...

but i have a confusion.. many members here say that they got maple sticker visa...

but mine is a big sticker with a small maple silver hologram...

my visa is same or different in any respect.....
