Yes - you will get RPRF receipt between 1-2 weeks of time of you sent it. Nowadays, CHC ND is taking almost 1 to 1.5 months of time to return your PP stamped with Visa.. So, I believe maximum by apr end you should hear something positive. I had sent my PP on 25th feb and yesterday they updated my case status to "Decision made" (25 days)..
FIRST OF ALL CONGRATS MDARJI... :)
thanx for ur reply...will i get RPRF receipt through regular mail or an email? ...

Hi all,
To all those who have received Medical or Medical & PPT request:

Have any of you attended to CIIP (Canadian Immigration Integration Project) session at New Delhi?
Along with Medical and PPT instruction, I have also received a CIIP brochure inviting to attend two day session (it's free-of-charge). In this session they provide info about Canada, help find a job in Canada, help understand Canadian labour market etc.

Can you please share your experience if you have attended the session?

thanks

Hi hirentank

i recntly attended the CIIP seminar at New Delhi and it was quite a wonderful exp. the speaker at seminar was a canadian. we discussed about canada, its job market etc. but the best part in one on one counselling session. they will give you referrals for jobs, settlement, further study etc. they will let you know about other professions in demand there which are related directly to your qualification and profession here. they develop an action plan with you in counselling session and mail it to various organizations in canada and to you.

and the best part is that we make new friends.

Hawkshed & Rocky & et al

I am planning to start during the last week of May or by the first week of June. Post landing, first two months are going to be challenging on all fronts. My sincere thanks to Rocky who started this thread, through which I met many Canadian aspirants, who also shared their gyan about the whole process. I have been gathering information about the job scenario, housing, etc. There are many agencies which help newly landed immigrants to fix their settlement issues. I shall share the details when I get it.

God bless all, and may their Canadian dreams true at the earliest.

Thanks
Madhava
