Ok this is what you need to carry as told by the docs assistant.
- 4 color pictures with white background
- Photocopy of passport Bio data page and address page copy on same page
- Canadian High Commission Medical form.
- 2200 INR plus some more.

But I will carry negatives also.
Hey have you got only one form as I have received 1 forms details - Medical Report Section A Client Identification & Summary one page print and blank at the back. Have you also got the same.

how did you manage negative because mine is a digital photo.
because we are a family of five I got five forms.
mine says 5 photographs not 4.

Thank you very much for this help. In that case do I have to appear for a personal interview in India ? Since I am in US , I cannot go to India now. How many times would I have to go till delhi to get my case through ? As you said I emailed them and asked and they said that my file is under process by the immigration officer and they will let me know of the status within 5 to 6 months. Currently when I query the status, they say that my application is "under process". I have submitted all the necessary documentations to them including the PCC in India. The entire documentation run into a few hundred pages including PCC,Certificates etc. Hence it is not even feasible to reapply afresh here because it is very very labourious. I am in the process of getting the US PCC as well in the meantime. I have applied for the federal PCC and will have to apply for the state PCCs. Can you please let me know whether I have to come over to New Delhi for getting my paper finalised. Please check and let me know. Thank You

Well you don't know if you will have an interview. In case there is an interview, you can get the file transferred because interview is an uncertain thing, may or may not happen, right? Other thing you should note is that if you have provided the HC with all updated documenst they do know your status, that you are in US and they will process accordingly. According to my observation with our clients most cases under old regulations filed in 2004 rarely go interview. If all documentation is there and complete, your chances of interview are rare. If you do not hear from them in another 4-5 months you can infrom them that you are in United States now and iyou would like to get the file transferred in case there may be an interview. They will advis eyou what they are doing and what they shall do.

my case is already delay mann coz im from PNP they are acting like im from FSW...lolz...c whts happening...but as per my thinking its postive news..

Did you put the proper PNP stickers on the application and on all forms? If yes then it will be ok and also FYI PNP is only a different class, the Visa office will still due its dilligent checking to make sure all documentation and infromation provided is accurate. They will still follow the same procedure as FSW after passport submission. PNP files are only in advantage that the province has supported the application but the processing is still in the hands of the visa office and the file can also be refused (not in your case) if the visa officer may determine so.

So be patient you will get your passport soon. Good luck

In whos name (Receiver of canada or

which currency INR or CAD should
one make the DD to ensure the

which is the best possible way ?
Does any one know if the DD is
encashed in new delhi or nova

Hi,

The draft can be payable to any one, RGC or CHC, payable at New Delhi . It is for Rs 21,440 exact each person depending on family size. You can make one draft for entire family. And it is encashed in New Delhi.

Very big doubt. See I paid my RPRF along with my complete documents and at that time the fee was 19,900/- INR and I also have the receipt. (Check my time lines and signature for case detail).

Now as the RPRF fee has incresed to 21,440/-. I am waiting for medicals and passport request, what will they do now, again ask for revised RPRF, or balance amount or will continue as it is.

Just curious.

Very strange Rocky, when did you submit your fees, because as far as I know the fees has been 21440 since october, 2009.

If you submitted your RRPF with the full submission then yourr draft will be returned and you will have to get a new one. Thats what happened with some of our clients too. But it is ok it is no big issue, just delays a little bit.
You can also ask the CHC if you should send a new draft , this way you can get a status on your file as well.

22 g if ya already paid for RPRF...nothin to worry ....its done...ur rprf received thats doent matter how much it was...rules are changing day by day...no prob...jus hope for gud...rabb kare next week tuahda PPR aa jawe

I am sorry but I don't think this is correct. If you paid the RRPF when it was not requested, you may be asked to repay it is higher ammount. This happens all the time with some of our clients that why we suggest them to pay only when requested because it is a hassle to get it again. After all the CHC has an opportunity to get more money from us.

Hi all
what years did you guys filled in schedule 1 form for education. I m filling as below. Please advise
Elementary -8
High school -2 (9th and 10th)
post secondary - 2 (10+1 and 10+2)
University/college-6 (B.COM and MCA)

India has a 10+2 form of education usually in cities, I know in Punjab and some other places there is Matric which could be 8 and then some pre university. If you had 10+2, then put 10 for elelmentary and 2 for high school and then 3 for bachelor and add any post graduation studies to it.

I think embassy people are doing their work very slowly after Xmas holidays. They r busy in greeting each other after New Year celebration. Now it is Chocklate day, proposed day, kick day, Val. day etc.

I done my medical in Nov and sent Medical & PP to CHC in Nov 09 itslef.

Still waiting from their response and checking the site for further progress.

It still show: in process".

Yes, i think so too but only in some cases, some of our clients got the passport in 15 days and a lot of people on this forum too I think got in January.
