Yes I agree with you. For their requirements they make phone calls, but do not update us leaving us all guessing as to what is happening at the CHC end. Anyways what did u do? You could go the doctor and may be they have a copy of ur sons medicals which they can resend? Or do you have to get it done again?. Hope the ultimate outcome is positive in this journey of your immigration processing. Im stuck now till the time they find the reports or send another medical examination form. Im sure they will try to save their backside and wait till the medicals of all of us expire in march and then ask us to redo the medicals.
They have have found nice way to communicate their mess "by phone call" and not send an email cause then that becomes documented.
