Chintu keep yourself out of worry for next 45 days. I know its easy to say and hard to do, when people here get there passport in one month. But that's just few of them there is a whole lot who is waiting from long time.

They have categorized passport on basis of different things and different officer works on it. Sometime they pick on random basis for some specific check and those cases got delayed. I will suggest think that you have received passport and focus on how you are going to settle out there, place, funds, job, french. In case if you have family out there then yes you do not have to think of all this. But this is the mistake which i have done that i did no landing preparation and now i do not know when i will go no at lest till September.

Also there is one CIIP session in Kathmandu or if you are at any other place and you have not attended one make sure you attend one of theses.

And as i said sit back relaxed if you do not hear any news in next 2 month then think what you have to do but i am sure that case will not happen.

Tough to tell really. Getting mixed response some say its real tough out there some say you need to try and you will get it as they have got it. I guess it all depend on luck and your skills.

Can i ask why your application says Withdrawal Request ?

hey wizkid , from the timeles u mentioned i understand that viss request may not always or in some cases lead to visa issuance.. as in they take ur passport chop ur pr and give or maybe not right ?...i got a passport request plus medicals last week.. sendin passport tom to ndvo.. i wanna gain some clarity now

Sorry ravi,

i cant understand what you are asking really. If they have requested passport it doesn't mean that you will get visa for sure. But yes it definitely means that till now all is going well , i mean your file, points etc.
Once you submit you medicals, all docs, passport, and RPRF fee. Just track when your RPRF fee gets cashed (usually takes30-45 days), once it is encashed it is a sign that most probably your case is approved, then wait for DM and ppt.

I have not mentioned visa issue date on my timeline because i am out of town and i have not seen my passport that which date visa is issue although igot passport with visa on 7th may but i have yet to check when it was issued.

I hope i clear your doubt.

Yes u have cleared my doubts .. sorry for the typos in my previous message.. i have one more doubt ... I have used david cohens office to represent my case.. so i am making a payment to them and they will make the payment to new delhi visa office.. but my deadline for payment and all docs is june 16th.. u say it may take 30 to 45 days for the dd to be encashed .. will sending money to my representative (david cohen) reduce the time ?

No matter who sends money. But yes i would advise that you send them a draft of RPRF (if yours is new delhi) they might have asked you in INR. So just check with you consultant that can you send the draft to your consultant (favored for Candian High Commision) and your consultant will pass it on to New Delhi.

It will help you in 2 ways :-
1) you can easily track you draft encahment.
2) i wish it should not happen but in some painful scenario if due to any reason if the application is rejected due to medicals you get your draft back and if its then a consultancy its big time to take refund from them.

and deadline means last date why you are waiting till that time do it asap . earlier you sent earlier you get your visa

Thanks bro, i will be completely done with everything by tomorrow... i had to arrange money for the consultants and money for this all of a sudden.. so it took me a week .. now i will send it since earlier the better!!!
