New Delhi or CANADA - FEDERAL SKILLED APPLICATION

Hi,

I HAVE COMPLETED ALL MY APPLICATION FORMS AND READY TO MAIL IT.

HOWEVER AM NOT SURE WHERE TO SEND THE FORMS - SHOULD I SEND IT TO NEW DELHI OFFICE OR CANADA OFFICE

KINDLY GUIDE ME AS I NEED TO SEND THE FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

ALSO THE NEW DELHI CHECK LIST IS ASKING ME TO MAIL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WHERE AS CANADA CHECKLIST DOES NOT MENTION TO SEND ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.

WHICH ONE SHOULD I FOLLOW CANADA OR NEW DELHI CHECKLIST ?

Initial application is to be sent to CIO NS(Central Intake Office Nova Scotia).
Please read IMM EG7000, Guide for Federal Skilled Workers Class, and follow the Step 4 for forwarding your application.

If you are applying from India, you need to send to New Delhi office and not Canada office..


Please let me know the right office for filing

Please let me know the right office for filing

ALL initial applications are sent to CIO in Sydney Nova Scotia Canada. Read the guide thoroughly. Do the Canada one's first then the CIO will let you know WHEN to do the New Delhi Visa Office specific instructions.
