Does New Delhi CIC Send letters to Canada ?

Hi All,

The consultant which I am using is in Canada where as, I have sent my full docs to New Delhi, while I living and work in US.

I am expecting AOR from New delhi .. so my questions r -

1. Does New Delhi send AOR by E-mail or by mail ?
2. Will they send mails to my consultant in Canada ? Or should i change the mailing address to my parents addres in India?

Added - I also have to notify CIC new delhi of my change of address .. can i do that at this stage?

If you using a Agent, they will communicate to your Agent..you can check with your Agent.
