Hi I am Jan 2018, NDVO started processing my application on April 12 2018.
Is there any chances they started processing my application? Please advise.

we started processing your application..
This sounds like initial assessment of your file has been done at the VISA OFFICE. It's a good news. Final decision will follow soon. Right track= good news.

They are not fully satisfied on the genuineness of photos or relationship or something OR want to clrify a doubt. But it is not that BAD news rather good that they are NOT asking applicant 4 an interview and only asking more pics.
Collect more pictures from all sources, even from a video sometimes is very helpful. Photographers ignore crowd shootings rather they would usually try to take individual shots, Why? because they wanna make more money from those couples later by selling. But try to extract good photos from video. NOW take those all in 1 folder> REDUCE SIZE of all selected photos one by one ( I always use Microsoft Office Picture Manager) so that their MB sizes go down to Kilobites only. This way you can easily send large numbers. You can send up to 25 MB in attachments. If you have more than one attachment, try sending another attachment.

Hello All,

My wife's application received date is 14th Feb 2018 for PR. She received her visitor visa yesterday. Now she will be travelling to Canada in less than a month and I am not expecting her file for PR to be processed so soon. In an event she is in Canada and her passport request comes in January/February - what her options would be?

1) Anyone who has received PR can comment on what all documents are received from NDVO apart from stamped passport? Do we receive landing papers or something?

2) Does she has to travel back to India and submit the passport to VFS?

3) Can she submit the passport here in Canada and do the flag pole or a quick trip to US?

Regards,

Wow!! Sydney Visa Office is processing July 2018 applications...meaning applications that were submitted just two months ago. That's a little hard to believe considering the CPC office gives AOR1 one month after receiving an application. Anyways, if that is the case, lucky them.

Congrats on getting the visitor visa! When did your wife apply for the visitor visa? Just trying to get a sense of how long it took to process that.

Hopefully you will get to hear in the month of November or last week of October...

Use a PDF to submit. I used free PDFMate software to merge all the pics into a PDF and then printed that PDF (almost 10MB) using Cutepdf printer to generate another PDF which was 2MB in size when submitting DOB docs. I submitted 7 pages in total.

Lets say you submit 14 pages and 28 pics it should be less than 4 MB in size as required. If you need to submit more. Submit 2 different pdfs though Web Form.

Good to see they have already started working on Dec end files.

Best of luck.

Thanks for the advice I tried and it worked..

Hi
I didn’t have much pictures in the crowd. So when they asked how many guest were present. I thought would be good idea to reduce number as I don’t have much guest present in the pictures and I only put 40 people instead of 200. Please advice me what whould be the out come? Or what should I do?
