1. We received your application for permanent residence on August.
2. We started processing your application on October.
3. We sent you medical instructions on October. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
4. Medical results have been received.

Mine got changed. My 3rd line was medical results have been received which now moved to 4th position and 3rd is same as yours. Did you already have 4 lines before it changed to decision made?

It was added to mine like a month and half ago.
