My application was received in October. The medical was requested and completed in December before the file was transferred to NDVO in January. I would suggest contacting IRCC in case something was missed with your file.

Ok thanks.. i got dm on 2nd april but no ppr.. i emailed them urgent case

do one thing more if you can
take a photostat of your dm and pre arrival mail
and write a request letter with principal applicants signature on it to high commission canada new delhi and courier them all these in an envelope
you should get response within 5 days
thats what all i did in my case also
cant say what worked out but i tried this 2 days before and today i got the request

Medical and pcc requested- April 2017
Medical and pcc submitted- May 2017
Bgc started - July 2017
Then nothing for months
Re medical requested- 16 April 2018
Re medical submitted- 18 April 2018
Medical passed - 21 April 2018
DM - 25 April 2018
PPR- 26 April 2018
My file took almost 15 months
