The applicants who are getting dms can you please let us know your app rec date and aor2 dates.
I believe that the dms are based on aor2 dates just a theory.

Hello, am new to this forum. My husband had applied for my PR in dec2017 and yesterday he got the mail informing my pprs has been forwarded to New delhi visa office. Can someone let me know whats the average time frame after this for getting the visa stamped?

AOR2 is when NDVO starts working on your file. Sometimes they will send an email indicating this, but not always. You can see it in ECAS. There will be a line like "We started processing your application on ....."

It depends. Sometimes you get on the same day sometimes it takes a little while. But since there are holidays so expect something next week. Good luck.
