I am not sure as to what time exactly but my Representative told me it was this morning sometime. I will let you know as soon as I receive that email from him.

I checked Ecas at 6:00am PST and it was updated to Decision Made.

I did and on 02/27 the additional doc status was changed from " we need more documents" to "we are reviewing your documents" where as for you guys who didnt apply for GC notes, it went to into BGC (disclaimer: this is my theory - i dont mean to encourage or discourage anyone from applying GC notes).

I did - and when everyone got the BGC is progress on 02/27 - my additional doc column changed from "we need more docs" to "we are reviewing".

Has any one noticed the language in additional document column? Initially it was "the additional documents you have provided are being reviewed" and it was changed to "we are reviewing the additional documents you have provided". what could it mean?
