New Delhi (NDVO) 2017 - Spousal Sponsorship Outside Canada

Please advise,
CIC sent AOR 1 to sponsor where they mentioned Application # and UCI #.
After AOR 1 applicant received an email from CIC in which they were asking about linking of application and they only mentioned application # in that email which was the same as sponsor but their was no UCI # in that email.
When principal applicant linked the application with Gckey , A seprate UCI # showing in applicant's account which is different then sponsor UCI #.
I have two questions:-

1:- IS UCI number of Sponsor and Principal Applicant different ?
2:When filling Schedule A Form(5669) which UCI # I have to write. The number which they give to sponsor in AOR1 or the number which is showing in Gckey account of applicant?

Mine says documents have been uploaded and it's still the same after 27 Feb updation.

Yes uci for pa and sponsor is different

We got passport request, and submitted passport on 26th Feb. Stil GCKey account says:

Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. Help - Background check
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Question is does Background check and final decision remains like this?

Hey everyone.. Just wondering what to do here..

So we got med request in Jan. But because of work and not being near a panel physician, we sent in a request to extend our time. We received one message from an agent that it was being forwarded to the right office but since we never heard anything. And now, we had an appointment in St Lucia for Thursday but because of work, my husband can not make it. So again we need to extend or something because we are close to the extra month we asked for. But since we never got a reply, we have no clue when we have to submit by.
I know for me, I will send another email using the ircc webform then At least we have proof of contact, right?
But now we got an email stating our APP was being sent to New Delhi.
So really my question is this.. In the message they sent to me, the sponsor, they say if any other documents were requested to send through the IRCC web form to our visa office.
I did this, I sent his FBI and PCC from Australia but I got a reply back stating 28 days to wait for a response.
I guess I'm curious did I do the correct thing? I mean Canada was the one who made the PCC request. So was I right to send through the web form to New Delhi?
I'm just a little confused about this haha. And again for the medical, would I again send another web form to New Delhi? But I mean with a 28 day wait, he should have his medical done by then hahaha
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It will change once the visa is stamped on your passport. You can expect the change around March 15-20.

UCI is UNIQUE client identification so its unique to every individual
its is the principal applicant whose application is being processed so for everything we use the UCI of spouse who is out of canada and only where it says SPONSOR'S we use the sponsors UCI or other information

i believe NDVO will go silent for another 2-3 weeks and we might hear something in last week of march,
probably bundles of DM and PPR for MAY-JUNE applicants, but I am not expecting anything in this week

True I think so too cuz student are coming for the May semester so many there gonna focus on them for the next couple of weeks and then look at our applications. Just a thought
