why you submit pcc and schedule a very late

why you submit pcc and schedule a very late
Because in my family including me there are 4 ppl who are 18 and above
And collection of PCC for my sister got delayed cuz she was born in Saudi Arabia and her birth certificate had to be translated in 2017 as they didn’t accept previous translation for some reason.
Do you think delayed AOR2 delays application even if I applied in July??? I’m worried now

Thank you ...
The only thing took a lot of time was BGC. Aor 2 was September 2016
No Interview and Eligibility was passed on February 2017
And then BGC took almost a year. Apparently it takes a while for BGC for Afghan citizens. Got re medical request on January 31, 2018 and DM on February 9.
Waiting for PPr
I'm Afghan too, my husband's application was received on March 3rd and it says still in process!!
He doesn't need an interview.
And is in BGC since November 2017.
Do u think it will take longer than 12 months?

PEOPLE from NDVO who noticed a change in their BCG status to "we are processing..." could you tell me what time was it around? Indian time AM/PM?
