but some people from march and feb are also waiting.. not all April applicants are also not finished yet.. i cant believe its like 8 months since i submitted my application.. time is running too fast..

yeah u r right but even when they gave April applicants DMs, lots of jan-mar were waiting... it just looks like they give out DMs to each new month every other month while clearing backlogs from previous months! lets see if my prediction is right and we will be seeing first week May applicants receiving DMs in the first two weeks of Feb!- just a guess!

Obviously this means the VO is processing the application, and reviewing all the info related to PA's application and medical, while is conducting the back ground check. It will take a while to get all these done. And regarding your question, I guess it is just not the time yet for VO to make a decision. You do know that this part of the process will be the longest wait of the whole process, right? Although I don't know in which month that you filed your application, but in general speaking, we are looking at about 6-8 months for a straight forward case to be approved, and 12 months and longer for cases that have complex issues.

I called them 2-3 times..all agents are mentioned its okay to travel as much as you want (lest than 6 months), but all the experts in this forum are strongly disagree with agents.
Even I tried to get some confirmation email from CIC agent, but they are not going to provide that, because there is no rule like, how many days we can stay outside. But as per experts from this forum, in past applicant got there application return because of this reason.
I am confused about this from last few days now, but still don't have any good answer.

If any experts can comment, it will be great.

Probably those Sponsors (refused files) visited India before getting Sponsor Approvals. And also I read some replies to your post saying its okay to travel, if your job is not affected or if you have a return ticket. But how come those NDVO ppl know whether we have a return ticket or we are still employed ?
