ugh there seems to be no logic to their incompetence. Again, I do not mind the wait, as when we applied we knew that the wait time would be within 1 year. However, the discrepancies between applicants with same app date, same visa office, same AOR1/AOR2 , with no obvious reasons, is ridiculous and frustrating. We can't do anything but complain to each other

most of us are all on the same boat

Did you order notes? which officer did they assign to you?

I got mine on sep 1st week generated on Aug 25. I see officer SM01395. And location- FCU-DIS

Yup totally with you! I’m gonna write an email, submit a case enquiry as in why they are jumping the queue. Also, contact the MP. Fairness of the whole process is out the door.

Hi I am in same boat BGC started 23 Oct..April 7 Applicant don't know what the next step ...Thinking to order notes.

One more disappointing day with no hope to get a visa by the end of this year!!!!

in my GCMS note it said the deadline was the end of this month. if they haven't even started the BGC when will they make a final decision.
i dont think the website ever gets updated, because according to my GCMS note, the eligibility was passed back in August, but its still not updated in my account. So disappointing...

What worries me the most i see people with there 9th month starting... and i hope our case doesn’t take too long. I think everyone wants to be with theyre spouse to celebrate new years but I guess NDVO doesn’t believe that... hopefully to get something soon. Goodluck to everyone and i hope you all get to be with your loved ones soon

Hello everyone. They started my background check on Nov 2nd.. My all procedures completed except this... And also I have gotten the pre arrival message before background check starts.. Anyone have any guess when background check will finish?

for march applicants its a informatory messege which i heard from my close one who is working in NDVO .....but still he cant help me coz the system they follow is to much hectic with work load ......the only information that i got about my file processing (as i am also march applicant) so the information is that it will take 3-4 months more to get visa so be patient guys .......rest is up to luck......
