I am also in the same boat. Our passport reached NDVO on 29th and we are waiting.
Hi, I got the PPR exactly after 1 week. DM changed on 17th and received the PPR on 24th Oct. You may get the PPR by this Friday.Thank you, and Congrats for your PPRMay I know how long it took for you to get PPR after DM? I have got DM and PA on Nov 2nd but still no PPR. Typically how long does it take for PPR email after DM?
May i know when did you submit your passport and if it was returned back from ndvo?
What happens when the passport with counterfoil and COPR got expired due to delayed delivery?
It’s been 1 month and we only have 16 days to land in canada and our passports are still in CPC Ottawa and it still has to be delivered halfway around the globe.

My husband and I applied for Outland Spousal sponsorship in August 2017. At present I am in India and he is in Canada. My timeline is as given below.
Visa Office : New Delhi, India
Application submitted : 29th August 2017
Application received : 30th August 2017
AOR received : 14th October 2017
Sponsor eligibility : 20th October 2017
Medical Request : 20th October 2017
Medical Submitted : 9th November 2017
Schedule A request : 23rd October 2017
Schedule A submitted : 9th November 2017
Schedule A requested second time : 07 May 2018
Schedule A submitted again : 17 May 2018
File transfer : 01st June 2018
File processing started : 12th June 2018
After this, we have not received any update from CIC. Its been 14 months now we have submitted application and fro5 months file is in New Delhi Visa office, but no pre-arrival and PPR request is received till date.
We applied for GCMC notes to see the current status but it is showing still in process. Also we submitted webform on the grounds of exceeding 12 months but it did not work either.

Don’t exactly know how they work. But as per my viewpoint ur application got delayed because u had to re-submit schedule A and ur file got transferred late to ndvo; that’s on June 1, 2018.
My file was transferred on 19th of May and they started processing on 22nd of May. I heard nothing from ndvo until September 5 about pre arrival. It’s November and I should actually receive pre arrival by now. Hope u receive it soon. Otherwise, please ask ur spouse to visit MP office in Canada and try to find out the reason behind delay in ur case. MP helps for sure because a year is exceeded and they would definitely give priority to ur case.
