Family sponsorship spouse class - i have submitted in NOV 2017 they opened in jan 14 2018 and I submitted all the doc atlast in March 22 2018 received email saying my application moved Delhi visa office then onwards still waiting for the next reply from them

NDVO is re-locating to a new/different location September 2018. I assume the latter and the student visas application for fall and winter semester and express entry are just delaying it all. They all supersede spousal/family visa.

How do we come to know which month's files are being processed? Is there any update on CIC website regarding the same?

Will they approve a TRV once file is transferred to NDVO ? Sponsorship approved.My husband is born Canadian citizen& in laws are naturalized Canadian citizens settled there. They're recovering from surgeries for tumor removal. I'd like to be there helping them right now. Also my first anniversary is coming up soon.
Any chances of them approving for the above reasons ?

Not sure what to you mean, are you saying that the Canadian embassy is moving to another location in New Delhi?
