How do you guys know when your background check started??
Mine only says :
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

there is no date attached to this information, please help, my application was received October 17

I did not see anyone respond. You just have to catch it when the status changes to We are processing and note the date. At least that is my understanding. There was an update on 27 February when a lot of people had the status changed from Not Applicable to in process. My husband application was one of them and the only reason I knew to check was all the posts about the background check being updated.

Thank you that is so kind of you I never really paid any attention to that before but I guess for now, it's hopefully a good sign based on what I am understanding. My application was received October 17.
