Did anyone ever get any satisfactory response from NDVO for you enquiry besides the standard email that someone is looking at your file and will let you know if something is required.
This is so frustrating, u call IRCC and they say get in touch with NDVO and then you email NDVO and all they send u is a standard automated response. i dont even think they ever even look at our email content.
This to me 1 /10 ratings in customer service and totally mental torture. The Canadian gov should do something about it.
