Hi Guys,
Heartiest congratulations to those who got their passport requests and will be joining their spouses soon. I am a June applicant and I have been telling myself to be patient and hoping visa will come soon. I have been a very positive person but it looks like am losing it all. There is still no guarantee whether we will get our visas by Feb or not. My husband is not able to come to India due to his current new job and watching him alone everyday makes me sulk everyday. I really really wish to join him right now. Would you advise if I apply for my tourist visa? Your valuable comments will be highly appreciated. Please advise if I can apply for my tourist visa, if yes, can you help me connect with an agent in Delhi who would submit a strong file?

I wont recommended visitor visa now.. But there is no harm on your PR file if you get it approved or not. However, the reality is you would expect your DM by March end. I don't see any scope of June applicant by Feb end.

I wish my wife would had same curiosity for myself ..

yes many may applicants got phone interviews in december bt its being more than a month there are no proceedings after that

Thank you for the advice. Also, do you know how long can the Sponsor stay in India while the file is still in process? Is there any duration?
I am sure your wait will be over in a week or so. You are very close to getting your PPR. All the best!
