My file came back after month because of representative mistake and she did not told me. i phone cic and they told your file is return because incomplete. i called her she said oh came back two week ago. than i did my self all my application. she start guiding me wrong and she took $1500 dollar.

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to apply PR application for my wife & newly born kid under "Family Class" and got confused while filling IMM5532 form Part C in question 3 & 4. I received PR before I got married and had visited Canada just to complete by landing formalities and since then, I am staying with my wife in my home country. Now, I have recently shifted to Canada and want to sponsor my wife & kid. The questionnaire says " Are you living together now", So the answer should be Yes or No. As I can understand, the answer should be 'No' with reasoning in If no box that " I entered Canada recently and hence staying in different location. Before that we were staying together since our marriage in our home country"

The next question " If you are not living together, Have you visited each other during your relationship" with an answer to give as Yes or No. As per my understanding, I should answer it 'YES', and provide the details that we were staying together since our marriage and the places we have visited together for holidays.

Please advise if my understanding is current and going in a right direction. Your valuable inputs are much appreciated.

But never recieved any mail regarding aor 2 from ndvo
I am prinicipal applicant.
I Mailed ircc regarding same
I Have representative in canada they told me not to link by gc key, so not able to see what's happening?
