I ordered GCMS notes and what I can see is "eligibility review" is passed and updated on 4th may 2017. Seems like some movement on my wife's file.
Rest all are not yet updated.
Is anybody has similar notes ? What does it indicates and how long it will take to start the background check ?

How many days you had to wait for the GCMS notes? Your time line plz.

So everyone post dec 7 is being processed. So much unfairness

It's been very tough. They are being biased. It's unfair and unjust. Some ppl have to wait too long and others getting DM in 2 months.

No nothing yet! I got the same email. The only change i have observed in my case ii that my background check has changed to 'Not Applicable' which i don't know what it means. Has it been changed for you as well?

My Background check is in processing now. Hopefully things move faster for us now.

Nov 7th 2016 applicant.
It takes20 to 30 days.
