The online tool shows the status as Decision Made while GCKey shows the background check is in progress. What next? Is the next step PPR? How long would it take? Any idea?

Hey yes, my husband lived in another country for about a year. It took us more than 2 months just to obtain the pcc from there. I pray they don't lose it or ask for it again beause it takes forever to obtain.

So I was thinking of ordering notes and it was updated on may 29 on cic that they have been receiving too many requests and will not be able to meet service standards!!! This clearly shows there are many many many files pending http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

Yes, I also stayed in Dubai for 1.5yrs..still my bgc has not started yet. Even though I submitted Dubai PCC along with the application .. i am scared this might be delaying the process..Don't know how long it gonna take more..
