1.They always ask you to submit the latest assessment. You can file your tax for 2016 now also, so please file and submit the assessment. As you will be submitting in March you might submit the 2017 assessment as well.
2. As they have returned the file they must have checked and returned your file with all missing documents. So the highlighted part is the only missing like is what I assume.
3.Yes please resubmit all documents fresh if you can.

Hi Guys,

Finally got passport stamped Immigrant Visa. This forum was wonderful and helped me whenever I was in doubt of the process. It has been a very smooth journey without interview calls . I thank you Lord and you guys.
My Timeline:
Applied: May 26 , 2016
File Transfer (NDVO) :August 2, 2016
PPR Req: March 6, 2017
Stamp-CORP: March 20, 2017
Landing: (Since I am in Canada currently, I will be doing the landing from here as soon as I schedule interview).

I finally got my passport back with visa, my timeline is
Application filed - may 18, 2016
AOR 2 received - August 2, 2016
Interview letter - Feb 20, 2017
Interview on - Match 6, 2017
Decision made - March 7, 2017
Passport request- March 14, 2017
Passport submitted - march 15, 2017
Passport received - March 20, 2017

I used to pray to God that don't put me in to the left out applicants list when it comes to my turn, just like may, June, July applicant still waiting...I am an August 10th applicant..I saw a August 15 th applicant got DM...so it's clear I am in to that hateful list...left out without any clue...hating my life rt now...

thanks for reply .my dm is without interview but ndvo demanded additional documents ( original Pcc only) record is clean in pcc and doc is submitted to ndvo well before the last date ,nothing else and dm after 20 days after addl doc submission to ndvo.what chances of dm positve.no ppr yet.dm on 14.3.2017

There is no set income requirement for spousal sponsorship. That being said the sponsor has to show proof of how they will support their spouse once they land in Canada. How you will survive financially and so on. It is easy enough to show your intent by sending in a detailed employment plan. Also, with regards to housing arrangements or financial support from family. You can write a letter explaining if you have an offer from family or friends to stay with until you "get on your feet".
