Thanks!
I was asked for the ORIGINAL PCC on 14 Dec and I SENT the same on 16Dec and it was received by the guard on 17Dec. On 1st Feb or 31st Jan my husband did MP enquiry and on 2nd Feb I got a call from embassy asking for PCC when I told her that I had already sent it she asked me to send a scanned copy which I sent on the the address I told you about.
My question is.. 1. Should we send the scanned copy on the addresses you mentioned right away or on Monday morning so that its on the top?
2. We are also deciding to write to the MP that NDVO misplaced it bcoz through MPs reply we got to June that they have not received it and they have sent a correspondence to send the copies again.
3. We also want to remove our agents, should we do so before sending the documents or wait until mid Feb??
4. What's the procedure for removing the agents?
5. Will it be right to remove the agents at this point of time and if we do so should we also inform the MP??
Please answer all my queries.. It's URGENT!!!
Sorry for the inconvenience.. God Bless You!! :)
OK, just so you know from now onwards please don't give it to a guard. They cannot be relied upon and it should have been sent via courier or mail and not for of by hand. Khair chordo, raat gayi baat gayi...

1. Please email the CIC and NDVO which I have copied from Gol's message and the email which I have found out. In the subject matter type the following "URGENT: Response from (name) and UCI (number)". The NDVO gets tons of emails so as long as your subject matter stands out it should be fine. If you are still not sure then please do email it Sunday night India time for sure but don't make it Monday morning.

2. It's a very good idea to have MP involved in this now so that he can request a follow up with NDVO and can make sure that your files have reached the right desk.

3. Removing the agents is a totally separate matter. It has no connection with this. So talk to your better half and decide what you wanna do.

4. I think there is a form which you need to fill out to remove the agents. It's online and you mail it or upload it, not sure.

5. I don't know how to answer this. Agents help when you do get stick in a situation and since I don't know much about your case I really don't want to say something which might come back and make things complicated.

If you like to talk more about this point 5 do let me know and we can have a call on this.

If you can have it fixed before the interview great, if not try to take all documents which prove that its a genuine mistake. There's nothing more to be done there. Its only a matter of 3 days. Hopefully it shouldnt be that of an issue

That's the reason for your interview. Put the application for date change at the office in India and notify the NDVO by any means before interview. You will still have to go through interview but it will be a lot easier if you know the mistake. Reason for the new marriage certificate is that they will ask for it after interview so apply now that you have it ASAP

Hi Everyone,

My spouse is in Canada on TRV since November 2016 and I filed her application in July 2016.

Please advise if I have to update her mailing address in ECAS?

Her being in Canada on TRV is a temporary thing. She will have to go back by the end of her stamp on her passport else she becomes a defaulter and trust me you don't want that. Don't charge her address and during her stay here of you get a PPR then call CIC and let them know she's in Canada and they will ask you to mail her passport to Ottawa office for stamping. Please respect the date of return on her passport.

No need for address change. She can stay until may 2017. Assuming by that time your application will be completed but in case of delay you can apply for extension for stay. Good luck and keep update

Congrats, really happy for you. It was a long wait since 2015. Hang in there for another 1~2 weeks for a PPR
