To all my comrades, please ask yourself "HAS IT BEEN 7-10 MONTHS?". Please don't panic, nothing is wrong with your files, CIC is slow and it will take time. Always be positive, if there was something wrong, they would tell you by now and when they do, try to fix it asap. Once again please don't panic and don't lose hope. We will all be united with our loved ones god willing. If you feel down or low, think about the ones who case took almost 2-2.5 years, think what kept them going.

Please stay optimistic and positive and we will all glide through this and once on the other side, don't forget to help others if and when you can.

All the best, good luck and stay blessed

What are the methods of enquiry ?

Find your Local MP and visit him/her with your application number, and they will call CIC and enquire in front of you.

Good Luck

Absolutely well said this what I've been believing in for so long. Everything happens when its supposed to. We should wait for the right time. I too get impatient sometimes but my fairh in God keeps me grounded. Have faith in God. He does everything for a good reason. And never forget that God's mill does grind but sometimes slowly. :) Good Luck!!

Hi Friends, I ordered the notes like a month ago on Dec 9th. When should I expect them?? I think normally they send the notes within 30 days

Yes you should hear from them in few days.
You can also go to their office in Toronto, if you are here. Once the 30 days time line is over.

Thanks good luck

Do check if they have a office in Calgary somewhere close where your husband can physically go and visit them. Anyways you are waiting for their e-mail / mail meanwhile.

Good Luck

Did you also fill up the consent form when you applied for the notes?

They are supposed to be based on the date they have received your file and during the verification stages, if your file is completed when it reaches the particular officer's desk (the one who's assigned to your case)
