Hey guys this is abhishek gill , my wife is a Canadian citizen , she sent my spouse visa application on August 8 and it's under process , but she want to visit India to meet me while our application is under process , is it safe to visit in-between while our application is being processed ? Because she visited last in October 2016 and went back to Canada in November and now she want to come back again is it okay to visit India again ? Will this effect our application ?

Not at all, infact it will make it more strong.

Hi All,
I submitted the application on June 13th 2016,Today I received a call from NDVO and the person from other end said they are ready to issue the Visa now ,since you have very less validity for medicals please ask your spouse to come to Delhi in person to submit the passport and get the Visa in few hours ,when I said they are already in Canada ,he said be ready with passport he will check and send the application to Ottawa office ,he said he would call me again tomorrow.

1. how do you know it was NDVO or CIC calling you?
2. Which number did the call come from?

This is the first time i heard the immigration folks calling people, thats why the curiosity...

May applicants should wait till end of january...if nothing happens till then.....they should prcoeed and make inquiries...i dont think it will take any longer for them as NDVO is working on may applicants.... last week many may applicants got PPR
i know waiting is difficult part.......
march april applicants can inquire .... .... normally after 9 months you should inquire

whereas in my cic its blank ...nothing after in process

It's no biggy!
We removed our rep and for which we had to submit a form through my cic web form.
So after we submitted that the status changed to PROVIDED.

Even I heard 1st time NDVO calling someone for anything and the person was taking so nicely I was not sure what going on early morning @ 5 AM but he had my correct details about everything and he said he is from Canada Visa new Delhi office ,was in deep sleep I missed his name ,calling # displays as Canada number. not sure I just pray to god all goes good.I asked shall I re-send the medicals he said no we do not want that, thats why I am calling so that you can get the PR soon and if needed you can go US for landing so be ready with passport.

This can very much happen. Once everything is clear Canadian Govt. will do everything to speed up the process and complete in before time.
So that is what they are doing here. You are very lucky and please continue to enjoy this...
