I checked my status and it says decision made on both sides...it was showing in process in my husband side yesterday...now it's decision made both side....does it mean that they sent a ppr request or how long it takes to get pPR request after decision made...my reprepresentative did not forward me any mail...

Do you mind to share date of your PCC when it was submitted along with application ? and when did you changed old passport to new passport under new name ? Did address on old passport and new passport changed ? I am trying to find possibilities in my case

Old PCC was from first week of April 2016 (don't remember the exact date). I got my new passport on 26/25th July and the address is same..didn't change the address bcz all my in-laws are in Canada..staying with my parents..and a new PCC was asked on 14/Dec and it was issued on 16/Dec.

Could you please let me know how many days NDVO gave you to submit PCC ? Did you got New PCC from Passport office in India or Local police station or if your spouse lives in canada ( TRV) than in how many days you got new PCC?

Did NDVO asked to submit original pcc?


As my spouse is with me canada and i found getting pcc from BSL service takes 4/5 weeks.

Let me know...if there is any other quick ways to get new pcc. Boz i am assuming i will get same request when they will start process application

Did it requested by NDVO? If yes ...did they asked to Sumit original? If not than you can send it via my cic or case specific web form to NDVO

Hi All,
I had a previous marriage and they asked me for Divorce certificateor Divorce Decree. I did not realize that the divorse papers I had from previous marriage seperatuon are simple divorce deed. Which is nothing they ask for.
Now i have realized those documents will take time to get it from india probably 3 months pr more. But i have submitted documents will not be valid. So i need to buy some time from Cic saying it will take timez
Please advise me.
